Ryan Meade / LPCC
Ryan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and sees clients at our Golden Valley location. Ryan has experience in working with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar, attachment disorders, adjustment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, sexual addictions, substance abuse, and other impulse-control disorders. He also has experience working with grief, trauma, and harmful sexual behaviors. He currently sees adolescents, adults, and couples. Ryan has an interest in meeting clients where they are spiritually and is interested in helping clients to strengthen their faith if that is the path they want to be on. Some of the therapy approaches Ryan uses are cognitive-behavioral (CBT), person-centered, narrative, solution-focused, emotional-focused, psychodrama, Psychodynamic, and existential therapy. Ryan is a member of the Minnesota Counseling Association and the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
